About the event
The 2-Day Personify Leadership Course is a high-impact, interactive leadership development experience designed for today’s fast-changing world.
Led by a certified Personify Leadership facilitator, you’ll build real-world skills through hands-on simulations, case studies, skills application, and personal reflection. You won’t just learn about leadership—you’ll practice it.
During the two days, you will:
Build leadership and communication skills you can immediately apply
Strengthen your ability to manage stress and lead under pressure
Discover your leadership style through a personalized DiSC® profile
Develop practical tools for delegation, accountability, and vision-setting
Create a 30, 60, and 90-day leadership action plan for continued growth
Personify Leadership focuses on eight essential competencies that help you lead with confidence, resilience, and clarity—no matter your role or industry.
