Nina Lund followed her father’s footsteps and started Next Generation HR and now offers consulting services to fit today’s ever changing needs.
About Next Generation HR
I am a second-generation Human Resources professional following in my father’s footsteps. After obtaining a B.S. degree from the University of Wyoming in Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations, I immediately began my career in the HR world. Having a strong passion for people, quality and results, I translate the needs and priorities of the business into strategic human resources initiatives in order to maximize an organization’s effectiveness, profitability and growth while ensuring employee engagement. My background includes multi-state/multi-national expertise in a variety of industries and sectors (profit and non-profit, public and privately-held, union and non-union).

Having lived most of my adult-life in Colorado, in 2008 my family (husband, daughter, a dog, a fish, a rabbit and a turtle) made the move to Montana. When I’m not working, I can be found in the kitchen cooking or baking having obtained an AA in the Culinary Arts and in the summers somewhere on a river kayaking or on a lake fishing.
